Who is responsible

What we collect
Nothing is stored about you simply for visiting. There is no contact form, no account to create and no login. The site runs no analytics, sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and embeds no third-party video or social widgets. We do not sell data, because we do not gather any to sell.
If you email us
Writing to info@soroteca.com or vendas@soroteca.com means we receive your address and whatever your message contains. We use it to answer you and for nothing else: no mailing list, no profiling, no passing it on beyond the colleagues handling your enquiry.
Hosting and security
The site is served as static files by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and to defend against attacks and abuse. Cookies Cloudflare may set for that purpose are strictly necessary ones; there are no optional cookies on this site, which is why it asks you to accept nothing.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the enquiry it belongs to, and then delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Write to us and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date above. Adding analytics, a form or an embedded video would each require revisiting it first.
